The legal basis for processing your data is your consent, given by checking the consent box on the contact form (Art. 6.1.a GDPR) and, where applicable, by accepting analytics cookies through the website's cookie banner.
4. How long do we keep your data?
Contact form data is kept for as long as necessary to handle your request, and afterwards for the periods required by law. Analytics data is kept according to Google Analytics' retention settings (up to 14 months by default).
5. Who do we share your data with?
We do not share your data with third parties, except where legally required, with the following exception: if you accept analytics cookies, your browsing data is processed by Google LLC (Google Analytics) as a data processor, which may involve an international transfer of data to the US under the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses. All data we process comes directly from the data subject, through the website's contact form.

ALSE Software applies the necessary technical and organizational measures to ensure the security of personal data and to prevent its alteration, loss, unauthorized processing or access.
